Marcus Fakana, 19, died following a car crash in England on Friday, Oct 3. The teenager had received a royal pardon just three months earlier from Dubai's ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in JulyHe was jailed in the U.A.E. last year for having a sexual relationship with a then-17-year-old girl.
