Measuring at 20.5 cm (8.07 in) in length, 22.5 cm (8.85 in) in width and 1.48 m (4 ft 10 in) in circumference, Brooklyn native Simone Williams is officially the new record holder for the world’s largest female afro. Williams takes over the coveted spot from Aevin Dugas, a social worker from New Orleans who held the record for eight years.
