As the children shuffle onstage, it becomes clear all is not well with two-and-a-half-year-old Bella who begins to cry as stage fright takes hold. As her tantrum begins to throw a spanner in the works, Marc is summoned onstage by teachers to help calm her down. But Marc goes one better as he appears on stage to cheers of the audience. Clutching his youngest daughter Suri, he holds Bella's hand as he plies, spins and points his toes alongside his daughter.

Comforted by the presence of her dad, Bella completes the whole routine in good humour and even seems reluctant to leave the stage at the end of the routine. Marc was congratulated for the heartwarming display by touched parents who clapped and cheered the dad as he left the stage.
