Norway prison where prisoners live like kings.

It appears prison cells in some other countries are far better than some Nigerian houses according to reports.
In a recent post shared on Twitter by Arthur Musinguzi, the cells in Norway are a home away from home setting and anyone who lands there having lived in some areas in Nigeria will be more grateful than sad. Arthur shared photos of the prison where anyone can see that prisons truly live like kings because of the impeccable furnishing. The photos immediately went viral and many Nigerian social media users agreed that the cells look even better than their houses. Worthy of note, however, is Norway has the fourth-highest per capita income in the world on the World Bank and IMF lists. It is also the first on the World Happiness Report and interestingly, has one of the lowest crime rates in the world.
The cells look more like the bedroom of a college student than a convicted criminal.
Such is the philosophy behind the prison: Allow people, even dangerous people, to feel like humans and they'll behave more civilly than if treated like forces of evil.
A rec room also allows them to socialize and play video games or watch DVDs, which the guards help them pick out from time to time.
Inmates also have access to a gymnasium with several basketball courts and a rock-climbing wall.
At Halden, inmates get similar jobs to those found at minimum security prisons in the US, which may involve dangerous tools. They can also build skills in their down time, such as visiting the prison's recording studio.
