Acne-prone teenager, 19, reveals how she got rid of her painful pimples.

A teenager who suffered from painful acne for several years has revealed how she finally overcame the condition. Conagh Kathleen said the pimples had a huge impact on her self-confidence and described it as "emotionally challenging".The teenager, now 19, tried all kinds of treatments to try to rid herself of acne. These included masks, diet changes and laser treatment. But Conagh, from Brisbane, told the Daily Mail that she's now stumbled on a way of clearing her skin, and described it as the best decision she's ever made.
She said: "Having acne is really taxing and emotionally challenging."I can't put into words how much it debilitates you and crushes your self-confidence."In desperation, she decided to try a treatment called Roaccutane, an acne medicine."It had a quick effect and was one of the best decisions I have ever made," she said.
Conagh said she "hardly ever" has a breakout now thanks to a specific skincare regime. She told the Mail she uses a spin brush by Vanity Planet, along with the Origins Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash. This is then followed with Asap Skin Care Super B Complex and the Asap Skin Care Super C Serum.
On top of that, she uses a number of products by skincare company The Ordinary, which includes a Salicylic Solution, Niacinamide 10% + Zinc and the retinoid. And her evening routine is finished with the Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil, then Dr. Lewin's moisturizer, and an Indian Clay Healing Mask.
