The female cop who shot her neighbour and said she had entered his apartment thinking it was her own has been arrested and charged with manslaughter. Dallas Police Officer Amber Renee Guyger, 30, was booked into Kaufman County Jail at 7.20pm on Sunday on a charge of manslaughter in the Thursday shooting of 26-year-old Botham Jean, jail records show.
