Due to torture and abuse meted out against innocent prisoners of conscience in China. A bill to curb international organ trafficking has received unanimous support from a parliamentary committee in Canada. Parliamentarians on the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development passed bill S-240 with amendments on Feb. 27. It will now go before MPs for final reading in the House of Commons.
