This is the horrific moment a camel became badly entangled after a head-on collision with a car.
The scared animal is seen trying to wriggle its head out the sunroof while its legs are coiled in the front seat of the silver five-door vehicle. The driver managed to escape from the vehicle, but passersby worked for nearly four hours to rescue the animal.

Eyewitnesses saw the speeding car hit the camel, which had crossed onto the road near Bikaner in Rajasthan, India, on July 9. Rajat Singh, 23, a resident of Bikaner, said: 'The camel was horribly entangled. Its head popped out of the sunroof of the car.' The vehicle was cut open in a bid to free the badly injured camel while the driver was rushed to the hospital. The animal survived the incident and was treated by vets.
