Unicorn lovers, get ready to feed your obsession that little bit further because a Unicorn Café exists and it's the ultimate tribute to the mythical creatures.
We're talking themed sweet treats on the menu, glittery drinks, unicorn cuddly toys and decor that will leave you feeling like you've stepped into the world of My Little Pony. Tucked away in Bangkok, this magical little gem offers up everything you could want for a unicorn-themed brunch, with a menu spanning everything from bacon burgers to cupcakes. Rainbow cupcakes of course. In fact, a whole host of the sweet treats make for an Instagram dream. Think upside-down ice cream cones serving as the creature's horn, surrounded by pastel-hued ice cream and covered in all of the glitters and sprinkles you could want. Then there are the drinks on offer from rainbow slush puppies to colourful coffees served up in star-shaped drinks.
You get to transform yourself too, as guests are encouraged to rock the café's unicorn onesies as they sit down and tuck into the delicious dishes. The decor consists of bright pink walls, plastic chandeliers, plush pastel coloured sofas, colourful cushions, and piles of unicorn cuddly toys and cushions you can surround yourself with.
Everywhere you look, there are unicorns there are even some features hanging from the ceiling! If you are in Bangkok and want to pay a visit, you won't be able to reserve a spot as the café only accepts walk-ins; and it's worth getting there early if you want to avoid the queue. Doors open at midday, and the café closes at 8pm every day meaning plenty of time to stop for a spot of brunch before continuing your adventures.
You won't miss it there's a large unicorn statue marking the entrance, not to mention that it'll be difficult to miss the pink and pastel bonanza going on in the shop window.
Directions to the Unicorn Café
The Unicorn café is located on Sathorn Road in Bangkok, Thailand. You can get there via the Bangkok Sky Train following the directions below:
1. BTS Chong-Non –Si Station, Exit 2.
2. Walk towards Sathon Road then turn left for Sathorn Soi 8. (There is a 7/11 shop in front of Sathorn Soi 8 if you can't find it).
3. Enter Sathorn Soi 8 and walk for 50 metres.
4. The Unicorn cafe will be at the first corner.
