A 15-year-old boy was pulled over the police as drove his four-year-old sister to school in a car on false plates. Staffordshire Police discovered the boy driving the Ford Focus with his dad and sister in the vehicle and none of them were wearing seatbelts. Now the youngster who cannot be named has been reported for driving without a licence and insurance. His dad has been reported for allowing his son to drive with no licence and insurance.
