
A red weather warning could be implemented this week, with gusts "in excess of 150kmh" potentially reaching Ireland due to Storm Callum. Met Eireann forecaster Joanna Donnelly revealed on RTE's Nine O'Clock News on Monday night: “The next system is here out in the Atlantic, as you can see from the chart there, quite a ferocious looking beast coming our way there in low pressure with associated strong winds and heavy rain."
