Newborn baby pulled out of DRAIN with umbilical cord still wrapped round its neck


A screaming newborn baby with his umbilical cord wrapped around its neck has been pulled alive from a DRAIN. The heartbreaking discovery was made by a milkman who was passing by when he heard the baby's cries from the drain in southern India.
