You can now stay in a cottage made entirely of chocolate.


Move over Hansel and Gretel, we've found a new cottage sure to be a hit for anyone with a sweet tooth! That's because there's a brand new holiday home in France that's opening its doors - and it's made entirely of chocolate. We're talking everything from the walls and roof to the fireplace, dresser, clock, cups, books and even a chocolate chandelier. And yes, some of the interiors are edible. Head outdoors, and you'll find a white chocolate duck pond and an incredible flowerbed made entirely out of - you guessed it - chocolate. The 18-square-metre house will be crafted from 1.5 tons of chocolate and can accommodate up to four guestsSounds like your dream stay? Well, then we've got some good news!Booking.com has just opened a listing for the fairytale-worthy rental, with prices at €50 (approx £44) a night. Designed and manufactured by artisan chocolatier Jean-Luc Decluzeau, the Chocolate Cottage sits in the magnificent glasshouse L’Orangerie Ephémère in the gardens of the Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres, France. You'll need to be quick though, as there are only stays available for Friday 5th and Saturday 6th October, and we imagine competition will be fierce. And the listing will only be open on two days; Wednesday 19th September and Wednesday 26th September, from 10am.
