Look, drug dealers or anyone involved in some form of illegal trade, for that matter aren't exactly known for their honesty and integrity. However, that didn't stop one person calling the cops after being 'scammed' by a drug dealer, having apparently been given 'brown sugar'. I know! The outrage. According to Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) Craigavon, one woman phoned them up and simply said they'd been scammed. When they asked for more information, the person divulged: "I paid over £200 and got brown sugar instead."Instead of what, you may wonder? Well, cocaine.PSNI shared a rough transcript of the strange exchange, asserting that it was not a joke, but a legitimate 'actual call'."Bizarrely, they didn't want to provide a statement! Weird that" the post added.
Caller: I've been scammed. Me: Ok, are you out any money?
Caller: Yeah I paid over £200 and got brown sugar instead.
Me: Instead of what?
Caller: Cocaine.
Me: 😳 Um...
Nope, not a joke. An actual call 🤦♂️
Bizarrely, they didn't want to provide a statement! Weird that.
We've said it before and we'll say it again- drug dealers care about NOTHING other than lining their own pockets. Granted, it's not exactly the sort of slick wheeling and dealing business savvy that would see you go the distance on The Apprentice, but it shouldn't surprise anyone that drug dealers are scammers!

A spokesman for PSNI told the Press Association: "Police have spoken to a female in relation to this matter. Appropriate advice and guidance were given."Naturally, the thread below the Facebook post was full of unsympathetic comments."What is the world coming to when we can't trust our friendly neighbourhood drug dealer?" one person joked."200 big ones for some sugar. That's an offer not to be sniffed at," another quipped. "I'm out of brown sugar crystals and white just isn't the same in my coffee. Can ye give me the dude's number?" a third asked. Someone else made a reference to upcoming political events, writing: "Is that what looms after Brexit? £200 for 2 grams of sugar?"
Signing off the post with a word of advice, PSNI Craigavon warned people that drug dealers can be scammers, too.
