Eminem 'Doesn't Understand' New Generation Of Rap.

The singer-songwriter behind tracks such as 'Baby', 'Love Me' and 'Boyfriend', Justin Bieber, has claimed that Eminem 'doesn't understand' the new generation of rap music.
Yes, that's right, Bieber says Eminem doesn't understand rap...Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku reckons Lionel Messi can't appreciate the importance of good first touch, while Danny Dyer has claimed Stephen Hawking knew fuck all about theoretical physics. Bieber expressed the dubious opinion on his Instagram story, where he wrote: "I just like Em's flow but don't like that he's dissing new rappers. I like the new generation of rap he just doesn't understand it."
The 25-year-old shared the post off the back of a screenshot of 'The Ringer', a song on Eminem's recent surprise album Kamikaze. In the song, Marshall Mathers takes aim at a number of the 'new generation' of rappers.

Here's an excerpt of the lyrics, to give you a flavour:
So finger-bang, chicken wang, MGK, Igg' Azae'
Lil Pump, Lil Xan imitate Lil Wayne
I should aim at everybody in the game, pick a name
I'm fed up with bein' humble
And the rumour is I'm hungry, I'm sure you heard bumblings
I heard you wanna rumble like an empty stomach
I heard your mumblin' but it's jumbled in mumbo-jumbo
The era that I'm from will pummel you, that's what it's comin' to
What the f*ck you're gonna do when you run into it?
Clearly, Bieber took umbrage to the dissing of his fellow youthful artists, but to claim that the 46-year-old 15-time Grammy Award-winning hip hop icon doesn't understand rap is some statement... Particularly considering that The Real Slim Shady is notoriously not arsed about responding brutally to other musicians that call him out (that was sarcasm by the way, in case that wasn't clear... Lukaku didn't question Messi's touch and Danny Dyer didn't doubt Stephen Hawking's knowledge of theoretical physics either). However, it could be that the Canadian knows exactly what he is doing. He hasn't released an album since 2015 but on Tuesday he teased a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, posting a picture of the pair posing in front of a green screen. So perhaps he is hoping to drum up some publicity ahead of the release of some new music? Getting yourself embroiled in some beef with Eminem is certainly a good way to go about that... Just ask Machine Gun Kelly.
