'Iced Mocha' hair is the colour that you need this summer.

Ladies, is there anything better than a bit of a hair colour change? You just feel like a new woman, ready for anything! The summer months are a great bloody time to shake things up with a new look, and we know what we're going for. Introducing: Iced Mocha hair,
the balayage-like effect that we're absolutely obsessed with. The trend was created by Florida-based hair colourist Gerilyn Ghaisarzadeh, who recently chatted to Allure about her creation."I first started with a Malibu crystals treatment," she explained. This basically breaks down the mineral buildup hard water can leave on your hair handy. She continued, explaining her method: "I had to remove unwanted minerals and hard-water deposits from the hair. Then I followed up with a B3 semi-permanent conditioning treatment for strength.""I started my balayage hair colour in the back using four strengths of Pulp Riot Blonde AF lightener, depending upon the needs of the area and B3 for strength and integrity.""This process usually takes four to five hours from start to finish, and I suggest a balayage every 10 months to a year. But I see my clients every five weeks for root touch-ups and toner or another melt."Every 10 months isn't too bad at all! Anyway, have a gander through the pictures of iced mocha hair, and try not to call your hairstylist...
