Diners offered two-course meal topped off by DISSECTION of a 'human corpse'

A group of dissectors have found a unique way of getting one's "insides out" as they are offering people a two-course meal topped off by the chance to get hold of a scalpel to dig out the insides of a 'human corpse'.In what some may consider a stomach-turning choice of dessert, anatomy experts who featured on the BBC's Dragons' Den over the summer will allow for people to dissect an uncannily realistic replica of a human corpse.
Attendees of the upcoming event in Cambridge will have a first-hand experience of chopping up VIVIT, weighing an impressive 18 stones and unveiled by ITAE Group, a company specialized in organizing live anatomy eventsThe chilling life-like cadaver aims to provide a 'live' human body dissection like never before. The event will see a 'live patient' rushed through the crowd into the pod before being anaesthetised in a state of panic. ITAE CEO Samuel Piri and his clinical team will be broadcast on the live screens taking the scalpel to the patient's chest. As the scalpel goes in and the incisions are made the inside organs are revealed and the surgery begins guided by this Piri and his team, you’ll systematically work your way through a complete dissection of the human body attempting a variety of surgical techniques. Uncanny footage shows the corpse getting its very own haircut by James Dance, founder of barbershop Something For The Weekend (SFTW), so he's all polished for when the diners put their hands on him.

The Anatomy Lab Live evening is set to take place at the DoubleTree Hilton in Mill Lane, Manchester, on March 3. Samuel said: "This has been a long time in the making and I am thrilled to finally be able to unveil VIVIT to his new audiences. But before I did, there was something missing and that was a stylish new haircut from SFTW."James and his team came down and started working on VIVIT’s new hairstyle and I am pleased to say he now looks the part to add suspense and drama to the concepts we deliver and, as we head to Nottingham, Northumbria and Manchester this weekend, he is ready for his first outings”.James said that “cutting and styling the hair on a synthetic cadaver was unusual and unnerving, but it was a delight to give a trim to the newest member of the ITAE Group and something we hope to do again in the near future (depending on how quick the hair grows back!?)”.
